Ingredients
- Mini Flour Tortillas
- Prosciutto Cheese
- Pederson's Bacon
- Smoked Pork Butt
- Gruyere Cheese
- Pickle Spear
- Pork Sauce
- Salsa
Instructions
- 1. Smoke your own pork butt or get some store bought
- 2. Oven bake or fry to crispy your Pederson's bacon
- 3. Shred Gruyere cheese
- 4. Warm tortillas
- 5. Take one warm flour tortilla, place one slice of prosciutto cheese on tortilla.
- 6. Cut bacon slice in half and place side by side on cheese slice
- 7. Place about 4 oz. of shredded pork on bacon
- 8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese
- 9. Place pickle spear on cheese and drizzle with pork sauce or salsa for an extra kick.
