Ingredients
- 1 package of Pederson's Bacon (any flavor)
- 1 Tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 C light brown sugar
- 1 C dark brown sugar
- 1 C paprika
- 2 jalapenos: 1 seeded, 1 not
- 1 8oz package softened cream cheese
- cherry or candied glaze
Instructions
- 1. In food processor, chop jalapenos to make a paste, add cream cheese, and mix thoroughly
- 2. Blend all seasonings together
- 3. Cut bacon in half, place on baking rack on pan, and spread with cream cheese mix
- 4. Roll bacon into tight spirals, place on grill, and sprinkle with light brown sugar and spice mix
- 5. Grill or bake at 250-300 degrees until bacon is done
- 6. Coat with candy glaze and enjoy!
