Ingredients
- 16 bacon slices (basket-weaved 8x8)
- 1 whole pork loin (butterflied long ways)
Instructions
- Season loin on all sides. Stuff loin with boudin, cream cheese, and breakfast sausage. Wrap stuffed loin with bacon basket weave. Smoke 5 hours at 225 degrees, slice and serve as entree or sandwich and enjoy!
