Ballard Bacon Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla wafer cookies
- 1 cup nuts (pecan)
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- ⅓ cup bacon bourbon
- 1 pound cooked bacon
Instructions
- Grind cookies into fine powder
- Fine chop nuts
- Coarse chop cooked bacon
- Mix all ingredients together
- Roll into small balls, about 1” - 1 ½” diameter
- Roll balls in more powdered sugar
