Apple Maple Bourbon Bacon Donut Pop

  1. Pillsbury grand cinamon rolls dough
  2. Wooden cake pop stick
  3. Bacon
For the Glaze
  1. 1 Stick butter
  2. 2 tbsp Milk
  3. 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
  4. ⅔ cup Apple Juice
  5. ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
  6. 3 tbsp Bourbon
  7. 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  1. Roll out dough. Cook Bacon. Place bacon into ziploc bag and crush bacon into small bits. Mix/incorporate bacon into dough. Cut dough into 1 in squares and roll into a ball. Place dough ball in fryer and fry until a golden brown. Take out and place on cooking rack. Put sticks in pops. Dip balls into glaze. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
